1. Who we are
Marketeer Profile is operated by ABP Technologies. We act as data controller for the personal data you provide when you sign up, sign in, transact, or interact with our partner programs.
2. What we collect
Identity (name, email, profile), authentication data via SignInOnce (Keycloak sub, ID-token claims), platform interaction data (clicks, conversions, referrals), and any business / payment data needed to run commissions and payouts.
3. How we use it
Run the platform, calculate commissions, pay out earnings, prevent fraud, comply with regulatory obligations, and improve the product. We never sell personal data to third parties.
4. Identity bridging
Your SignInOnce subject (`keycloakId`) is shared across the ABP platform — UTIT, TradeUnity, YINA Trader, SULT — so a single sign-in carries your identity across services. Each service stores only the data needed for its own function.
5. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Contact privacy@marketeerprofile.com to exercise any of these. We respond within 30 days.
6. Retention
We retain identity data while your account is active, transaction data for the statutory minimum (typically 7 years for financial records), and anonymised analytics indefinitely.
