Terms of service
Effective: 16 May 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or accepting any commission, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. We may suspend accounts that fail KYC / AML checks performed via the SignInOnce / CID Global identity stack.
3. Affiliate / Agent / Business Agent programs
Each tier has its own commission schedule. Tiers are paid quarterly (Promotor) or annually (Business Agent). Commission rates and payout schedules are described on the Partner Program page and may be updated with 30 days notice.
4. Acceptable use
No spam, no fraudulent referrals, no purchase of your own referral link from the same household, no promoting products to under-18s, no misleading claims. Violations void commissions retroactively.
5. Payouts
Minimum €50 payout threshold. Payouts via NEXT Pay, bank transfer, or supported cryptocurrencies. Currency conversion fees apply where relevant. We reserve a 30-day clawback window for refunded transactions.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach (fraud, KYC failure, sanctions hit). Earned-but-unpaid commissions are paid at next regular cycle on good-faith termination.
7. Liability
Marketeer Profile is provided 'as is'. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the commissions paid to you in the previous 12 months.
8. Governing law
Belgium. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Antwerp.
